An upgraded version of Canon’s popular sports-ready lens, the EF 100-400mm L IS II features the same versatile zoom range as its predecessor, with a few performance improvements to make a lens even more suitable to action. The new and improved IS system provides 4 stops of shake reduction, and features 3 different modes of IS, for the better suitability to a variety of shooting conditions. The ring-type USM AF system is suited to both still and video shooting, allowing you to keep track of moving subjects in a speedy and stealth-like manner. As well as a reliable dust and moisture-resistant build, the Canon 100-400mm L IS II includes fluorite coatings on both the front and rear elements, to prevent surface damage.
