Containing a 16.2MP FX-format sensor and Nikon’s EXPEED 3 processor, the D4 can be put through its paces by the most demanding professional, and still come away with success. This combo is notable, not only for its excellent imaging performance, and low-light suitability but also for its operating and performance speeds. The camera can fire off continuous shots at up to 11 frames per second, and it handles the file load without issue. An advanced Multicam AF system, is available, using 51 well-placed AF points to acquire quick and accurate focus, perfect for utilising the previously discussed burst rates, and the high-resolution video, which can be recorded in Full HD 1080p.
